A two-layered Peranakan kueh with a bed of blue-tinged glutinous rice topped with green coconut custard. A moist, aromatic and rich kueh made of fresh coconut milk, eggs and glutinous rice.  It is naturally flavoured with lots of fresh pandan and blue pea flowers. It is not too sweet as we reduce the sugar content to allow the full flavour of the kueh to come through. No fillers or preservatives added.  

Our freshly made Kueh Salat is fragrant, addictive and best eaten within 2 to 3 days. Keep it refrigerated and thaw before eating. If you can’t finish the whole cake, you could store some in the freezer or share with neighbours or friends. Thaw and lightly steam to rehydrate before eating.
