A fragrant moist kueh made of freshly grated tapioca, coconut, fresh pandan flavour, eggs, butter and sugar. No fillers like flour or water are added. We use less sugar so it is not too sweet. The kueh has an inviting aroma and it comes with crusty top and caramelized edges.
Our Kueh Bingka is freshly-baked and best eaten within 3 to 4 days. If not eating immediately, please keep it refrigerated. If you can’t finish it within a week, you might consider storing some in the freezer or sharing with friends or neighbours. Thaw and reheat in oven or air-fryer before consuming to enjoy the full flavour of the rich kueh.
